ID.me is a third party which verifies your first responder status so we can provide offers to our heroes.

FREE TICKET FOR FIRST RESPONDERS

We are incredibly grateful for the round-the-clock work by first responders to help keep our community safe. We would like to show our appreciation by inviting them to our parks with one FREE guest ticket to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, or Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
 

Program Details

Must pre-register online. Not available at the park.

NOTE: To ensure that each First Responder receives the discount, it is required to create his/her own ID.Me account. For optimal user experience, it is recommended to use a home computer. Work computers (with outdated browsers) or mobile devices provide an unsatisfactory experience.

Important: ID.Me requires documentation for program eligibility.

Note: If you can’t find the email with your free First Responder ticket, log in to your Aquatica account using your email and password then check your order history.
Offer Rules:
First Responder Offer: Registration is only available via online offer and is not available at any park ticket window. Must register online by Oct. 31, 2026 and visit the park by Dec. 31, 2026. First Responder verification is done via ID.me. Online savings are based on general admission prices available at the park. Offer not available at the park. The one-day admission ticket can only be used on the date selected. Taxes, shipping, and service fees are additional. Parking is not included. Limited quantities available on a first come, first serve basis. Offer not valid with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers. The ticket is nonrefundable, nontransferable, not for resale, void if altered, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and may be confiscated without restitution for misuse. Photocopies will no be accepted. This offer is not to be combined with any other special offers or discounts. Offer subject to change without notice. The ticket must be redeemed/purchased prior to arrival. Present the ticket at park entrance with photo ID.

I am not a Florida resident. Do I still qualify for this offer?

Yes. Any First Responder nationwide can claim this offer.

How do I register for this offer?

To take advantage of this offer, click the First Responder ID button in the top-right corner, then enter an e-mail address (a personal address is recommended and not your work email) and a password. Verification is done through ID.me.

How will I receive my tickets? Will they be e-mailed to me?

After you are verified, you will need to access Aquatica's website and complete the ticketing process. After this process is complete, your tickets will be emailed to you.

How do I change the names on my tickets?

Once you have completed the ticketing process, there is no way to change the names on the ticket.

I received my tickets via email but accidentally deleted the original email. How do I get my tickets again?

Completed ticket orders can be viewed within the Aquatica account you created during the checkout process (if you created one); that is separate from your ID.me account, however you may have used the same email address and password. If you did not create an Aquatica account, then you will need to contact Aquatica customer service and provide the email address entered to receive the tickets and they will be re-sent.

I'm trying to add tickets to my cart but I keep receiving an error message. What do I do?

Either you have already claimed tickets for the year or it's a browser/mobile device issue. Please refer to the last question for browser information.

What is the deadline for registering for my tickets and when must I visit the park? What if I cannot make it before that date?

The final online registration date for the tickets is October 31, 2026. You must visit by December 31, 2026, and there are no extensions.

Does the First Responder need to be present to redeem the free tickets or can someone else redeem the eVoucher?

To redeem the free tickets, the First Responder must be present himself or herself in order to protect their identity.

Are there any blockout dates for the First Responder offer?

No. There are no blockout dates for First Responder offer.

How can family and friends of First Responders visit the park too?

First Responders friends and family can purchase additional tickets via the tickets page on our website.

Which Internet browser versions does First Responder ID support?

First Responder ID best supports Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. For optimal user experience, it is recommended to use a home computer. Work computers (with outdated browsers or internet explorer) or mobile devices provide an unsatisfactory experience.
