Aquatica San Antonio usually remains open even when the weather isn’t cooperating, and we have lots of awesome ways for you and your family to have fun while it passes. Still, you never know when thunder and lightning, hail, or even a hurricane might unexpectedly land and ruin your good time. But don’t worry. That’s when our Weather-or-Not Assurance steps in to provide you with a return visit on us!
Your visit is covered through our Weather-or-Not Assurance program. This program guarantees the value of your park admission and applies year-round, covering weather events such as rain, lightning, extreme heat, wind, snow, hail and more.
For example, If during your park visit:
- Inclement weather causes early closure or negatively impacts the park’s operating hours.
- Rides are closed for over 60 minutes due to lightning, strong winds, heat, rain or snow.
- If park temperatures reach a heat index of 110 degrees or above.
Stop by Guest Relations at the park or submit your information below to request your return visit! You’ll need your original admission ticket or order number.
Eligibility:
- The following are not eligible for Weather-or-Not Assurance tickets: Pass Member admission; complimentary tickets (including Weather-or-Not Assurance tickets); 14-Day Length of Stay tickets and packages; Discovery Cove ticket packages.
- The following may not be eligible and should be verified at Guest Relations: Promotional/discount tickets (group sales tickets) and promotional multi-day tickets.
- Weather-or-Not Assurance does not apply to parking or additional in-park products or experiences.

No outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed to be brought into Aquatica San Antonio, except you may bring a bottle of water or a refillable water bottle. Exceptions may be made for Guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies and baby food/formula. Guest should contact Park Security or Guest Relations when they arrive at the Park for approval to bring in special dietary foods.

Your Aquatica San Antonio admission ticket includes all rides and attractions. To include SeaWorld, you will need a SeaWorld + Aquatica ticket or Pass. If you already have Aquatica admission, you may upgrade at the park to include SeaWorld San Antonio.
Aquatica™ is a family friendly park and all guests inside Aquatica San Antonio must wear appropriate swimwear. Clothing with zippers, buckles, buttons, denim, and rivets are prohibited. Shirts of any kind (with the exception of Surf Shirts) are not permitted on any of our body slides, Kiwi Curl, Tonga Twister, Ihu's Breakaway Falls, and Cutback Cove Flume.

Children two years old and younger receive free admission to Aquatica San Antonio. Children three and older require a ticket or Annual Pass.
Aquatica is not included in your SeaWorld San Antonio admission. To visit Aquatica, you must purchase an Aquatica only Annual Pass or single day ticket, a 2-park pass/ticket, or a be a Platinum Pass Member.
For as low as $31.99, all slides, rides, pools and beach are included with park admission. Food, merchandise, Cabanas, lockers are optional and available an additional cost. Park capacity is limited.
Pass members receive unlimited admission to the park on regular operating days, free or discounted parking, discounts off food and merchandise in the park for Gold and Platinum Pass Members, and online coupons, including reduced admission for family and friends for Gold and Platinum Pass Members. Aquatica San Antonio’s zero change fee policy allows Guest to change previously made admissions reservations to a different date by calling 210-520-4SEA between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Additional cost applies for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices. Tickets, Passes, Membership, and Fun Cards are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Other restrictions may apply.
Most in-park experiences and products may be rescheduled 1 or more times with no fee if rebooked at least 24-48 hours prior to date of reservation (product-dependent) by calling 210-520-4SEA between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST.
