The Ride Accessibility Program (RAP) is designed to allow guests to fully participate and enjoy our parks while keeping in mind the safety requirements of our rides and attractions.

When enrolled in our RAP, guests may participate in our Special Access Program. This program allows guests to do the following:

1. Access to the slide attraction’s Quick Queue entrance where queue lines may not be as crowded.
2. Match guests to attractions that meet the manufacturer’s requirements and the guest’s abilities.

When enrolled in our Ride Accessibility Program (RAP), guests will have the opportunity to also participate in our Special Access Program.

This program helps provide additional assistance for guests with disabilities. Some attractions have an alternative entrance for guests who may not be able to enter through our regular ride entrances.

We offer wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) that may be rented a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made at least one (1) day prior to your visit and can be done online for your convenience.

Visit Stroller Rentals near the park entrance, just before the Main Gate of SeaWorld San Antonio on the right-hand side at Island Treasures.

We offer an online Accessibility Guide for guest convenience and planning prior to their visit.

All of our restrooms include wheelchair-accessible locations throughout the park, and are clearly marked with the International Symbol of Access (Wheelchair Symbol).

Companion restroom facilities are also available for guests using mobility devices, who may need additional space or help from a caregiver.

These restrooms are located near Motu’s Pizzeria, Adaptations Gift Shop, and Waterstone Grill.

Trained service animals are welcome at Aquatica San Antonio. Please note the following policies while at our theme park:

• Service animals must be on a leash/harness and under the control of their handler at all times. If at any time your service animal’s behavior is out of control, you will be asked to remove them from the premises.
• They must be accompanied by their handler or another party member at all times.
• Service animals must be house broken.
• Handlers are responsible for taking their service animal to the appropriate relief area and of all waste cleanup.
• Service animals are not permitted in pools, rivers or other water attractions.
• They must remain at least 10 feet from the water's edge.
• Service animals should remain a reasonable distance from our resident animals.

Aquatica San Antonio Ambassadors are not permitted to care for service animals. Review our Accessibility Guide for more information.

NOTE: Comfort and emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The ADA defines service animals as dogs or miniature horses “that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.”

While dining at our restaurants, be aware that most venues offer cafeteria-style service. Special assistance is available upon request.

If you need assistance during your visit, we are able to provide park guidance. We encourage you to request this service at least 14 business days prior to your visit. Please contact us via our chat or email options to submit your request.

Every effort will be made to provide guidance with less than two (2) weeks’ notice, depending on the availability of Ambassadors. Guests requesting this service will be contacted prior to their visit and specified guide times will be confirmed. The guide will be provided for the first two (2) hours of your visit.

Guests who are blind or have limited/low vision must have someone (either a companion or Ambassador) read the ride instructions prior to boarding.

Guests with casts or braces may be restricted from some attractions due to safety concerns for all riders.

Guests with any type of prosthesis or amputation should visit Guest Services to enroll in our RAP to help determine which rides they can enjoy.

Due to the dynamics and certain characteristics of the rides, oxygen tanks are not permitted on any ride at our water park.

Oxygen tanks are permitted inside the park and may be brought into merchandise shops, restaurants and other enclosed facilities.
