The following are not permitted inside: food or beverages, coolers, pets,(except service animals, kennels are available at SeaWorld), radios, weapons or knives, inflatables, rafts, or clothing with metal buttons or zippers.

Any persons not employed by SeaWorld or its on-site contractors is prohibited from engaging in solicitation, or the distribution of handbills, leaflets, advertising or promotional materials, or the sales of products or services on the Park’s property without first obtaining written approval from SeaWorld.

All bags, strollers, and other personal items are subject to inspection. Aquatica is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.

Please do not leave valuables unattended/unsecured. Aquatica is not responsible for lost, missing , or stolen property. Lockers are available for rent.

Guests must obey all posted instructions and verbal instructions given by park employees. No protesting on premises.

Proper swimwear is required: thongs or similar suits are not permitted. Guests are not permitted to wear clothing that has inappropriate language or which is otherwise offensive.

Except when participating in an event intended for young guests such as out adventure camps, sleep overs, birthday parties and educational programs, Aquatica suggests that visitors 14 and younger be accompanied by an adult.

Children must be accompanied by a supervising companion that can determine the abilities of the child to participate in the ride or attraction.

We suggest all children under 48 inches (1.22m) wear a life vest while enjoying our attractions. Diaper aged children must wear swim diapers or plastic diaper covers (available in the gift shops).

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry. Aquatica reserves the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave the park that is not in compliance with these rules.

Riders of some of our attractions will be exposed to forces, speeds and other intense features that may cause distress or injury to persons with pre-existing health conditions (heart conditions, back or neck trouble, etc). Please consider these features in determining suitability for all riders. Ride at your own risk.

Guests shall report all injuries before leaving the park today. For safety reasons, certain rider restrictions apply to attractions. Information is available at Guest Relations, at the ride itself, and on our website.
