Descriptors such as color, brand name, size, prescription or non-prescription for eyewear, make and model for electronics, and any other additional information that you think will help us better identify your lost item(s) will be greatly appreciated to assist our team locate your items in a timely and accurate manner.
A search will be conducted to retrieve your lost item and you will be notified via email/and or phone if your item is located.
In the event your item is located you will be contacted with instructions on how to set up the shipping of your item via standard ground to the physical address provided on the form. If you prefer to pick up the item at the park, please indicate that preference in the form's description field and DO NOT provide a physical address.
